The universe cannot bring you what you want until you ask! Support, guidance - anything and everything is yours for the asking. The universe will bring to us whatever we ask for, but the key to beginning is in the asking. The next important step is to be in alignment with your desire, an energetic match to it. As you trust and expect it to show up through your alignment, it will come, but you must be in a state of allowing it in without resistance.

Through the Law of Attraction (like energy attracts like energy) we create our reality. We are always sending out our own personal preferences, what we wish for, through the potent energy of our thoughts. We are powerful transmitters and the universe always answers by sending back to us that which matches our predominant thoughts and desires. Whatever we are giving the majority of our attention to causes us to emit this energy, a vibration of our focused thoughts, which creates our point of attraction.

Your life experience will reflect those things that you are primarily thinking about, whether it is the things you desire or the things you do not want. Nothing can occur in your life experience without you inviting it in through your thought process. So if your foremost thought is on the absence of a desire, you will continue to see and produce the lack of what you want. But the good news is, you can turn the tables by consistently re-directing your focus back to thoughts of what you do want.




For example, there is a big vibrational difference in your thoughts regarding all that you appreciate about your partner and in thoughts of wishing your partner was a better or different version of themselves. Even though you may not have done it consciously, you have brought your relationship into being what it is with your views, opinions and thoughts. Whatever you focus upon expands, so appreciating all the wonderful qualities of your mate and envisioning them being and doing all the things you'd like in a relationship, sets you up for a very different outcome than when you just focus on all the things you don't like and wish were different.

If you find that you are in a position where you wish to make some changes and want to know how to get from "here to there", the best place to begin is to move toward a state of clearing the way to alignment with the vibration of your goal or desire. Commit to taking the steps of focusing your attention only on the feeling you'll have when you achieve the desired goal. That's the place where you will become an energetic match to creating and bringing your vision or dream to life.

As you are thinking about your desire and feeling pleasure and JOY from the thought, your vibration is in alignment with your desire and the current of Source Energy is flowing toward your intended desire without limitation or resistance. Now you've advanced to a place of total allowing. But if you are feeling frustration, disappointment, fear or anxiety, you are focused upon the opposite of your wish. You have introduced a non-matching energy into the vibrational mix. The degree of negative emotion you feel is an indicator to the degree of your resistance in receiving what you want.

Your emotions are always absolute gauges of your vibrational content. They are the perfect reflection of your current point of attraction. They help you to know whether you are presently allowing the fulfillment of your desire. Remember, your emotions do not create, but they show you clearly what you are currently attracting. If your emotions are showing you that your choice of thoughts is not taking you in the direction you wish to go, then do something about that by redirecting your focus and attention to better feeling thoughts.

You have the capacity to guide your own thoughts by observing things as they are or by imagining them as you'd like them to be. Whichever option you pick, imagining or observing, they are equally as powerful. Your thoughts generate a vibration within you that creates your point of attraction. Thus, events and circumstances will line up to match the output of the energy (vibration) that you have generated.




You can put your attention wherever you choose, so it is possible to distract yourself from something unwanted as you put your attention on something which you do want. However, when a vibration within is one you have practiced for some time, the natural inclination is to continue to offer the vibration in the way you have practiced - no matter how much you wish it to be different. So, the thing to remember here is that you can change the pattern with your firm commitment and unwavering objective of re-directing your thoughts. You can make steady progress toward your goals and desires with this understanding that you have the power to change your thoughts and guide them to the places you want to go ... yippee!

When you intentionally choose the direction of your thoughts you can purposefully affect your personal point of attraction. Keep in mind that as you deliberately pay more and more attention to the way you feel about any experience in your life, you will get better and better at directing your thoughts and becoming a vibrational match to what you wish to create. You will become a disciplined and JOYful creator! You will find that you are able to achieve a focused ability to mold the energy of your thoughts as you guide them toward your own specific and inspired intentions and goals.

Once your dedicated attention and focus has sufficiently activated a prevalent vibration within you, things (wanted or not) will begin finding their way into your life experience. The attraction process will become very obvious to you. Remember that your feelings are your greatest guideposts for informing you of where you stand on any subject. They let you know if you are in a state of allowing or a state of resistance to your desire.

If you desire something that you do not believe is possible, you are not in alignment. When there is something that you want and you are feeling resentment because you do not have it, you are not in alignment. If you see someone who has the very thing that you desire and you're feeling envious, you are not in alignment. So now would be the time to ask yourself the very important question, "How can I bring myself into vibrational alignment with the goals or objectives that my experience has generated?" The answer is to pay attention to how you feel and then consciously choose thoughts that feel good when you think about them. It's a step by step process, a worthwhile journey of making your way to a position of power through alignment.




You get what you primarily think about - wanted or not. In time you will discover that the Law of Attraction always responds precisely and specifically to the vibration you are offering. Every time. There are some who would argue the point, but that's because they are producing vibrations they do not realize they are offering - thoughts which are in direct opposition to their own desire. But once we understand that our emotions are helpful and valuable indicators, assisting us in deciphering quite accurately if where we are placing our attention is taking us toward or away from the path of our desired outcome, we will actually learn how to feel our way to all that we want in every area of our lives.

The essence of whatever you give your attention and consideration to is eternally unfolding in your life experience; therefore, there is nothing that you cannot be, or do or have. It's the Law of Attraction in action ... Ask, Align, Allow!
